We ask our guests for their estimated time of arrival to allow us to provide you with a personal welcome. We set our schedule to accomodate yours. If your arrival time changes or your travel takes you beyond 8:00 p.m., please call the innkeeper to make alternate arrangements.
Check out
12 Noon
We ask our guests to be checked out by noon to allow us to clean before upcoming reservations.
breakfast
Each morning guests are invited to help themselves to a continental plus breakfast which may include fruits, cereal, bakery, juice, peanut butter, jams, boiled eggs . . . Brew your coffee, cocoa or tea to your liking. Linger with your morning beverage in the family room, on the screened porch overlooking the prairie or at one of several picnic tables found on the 18-acre grounds.
Reservations
Reservations may be made by phone (262) 675-2525 or by Email to: welcomehomebb@gmail.com. Welcome HOME B&B will Email (or mail if you prefer) to you a Reservation Confirmation. All reservations are guaranteed by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express). Valid credit card information will be requested at the time your reservation is made, however, cash or check at time of check-in is the required mode of payment.
No Shows and Early Check-outs will be charged in full to your credit card for all nights of your reservation.
Cancellations
Welcome HOME B&B is a small, independent Inn. This means cancellations effect us significantly. We understand that things happen… should cancellation be necessary, we appreciate as much notice as possible.
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and we are unable to book the reserved room(s) to another guest. You will be credited for all of your reservation time that is occupied by other guests.
children
To guarantee the enjoyment of all, families with children 8 years old and younger are welcomed when a single group occupies (or pays for) both guest rooms.
pets
Service dogs are, of course, welcome. Other pets accepted on a limited basis and ONLY with prior approval. Sorry, due to allergies, cats are not allowed at any time.
We know you love your dogs. We do too. Regrettably, not everyone is comfortable with dogs. For the safety and comfort of all, guests traveling with pets will be required to reserve (and pay for) both bedrooms – thereby giving you the entire B&B to yourselves. Check our rates. You may be paying no more for this luxury than you would pay for standard accommodations elsewhere!
We ask that you do not leave your pet unattended at Welcome HOME B&B at any time – indoors or out.
Please pick up after your dog – particularly along the trails and in the woods. For your convenience, we have plenty of plastic bags and a Pooper Scooper on hand. We hope “accidents” are kept to a minimum. But we know that they do happen occasionally. If one should occur, PLEASE let us know - so we may disinfect the area!
Pet owners will be responsible for the cost (as determined by Welcome HOME B&B) of replacing or repairing any and all damages caused by their pets.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed anywhere in the house, on the porches or decks.
