Rooms & Rates

All guest rooms are on the main floor via a no-step entry. Welcome HOME B&B has two spacious guest bedrooms and two bathrooms with standard size whirlpool tubs.

Current Room Rate: $96 (tax included) per night for one bedroom (1-2 guests). Each additional overnight guest is $30 per night. Payment due at time of checkin. Cash or check only!

Penney Room

The warm and inviting Penney Room is furnished with two comfortable beds – one queen size, one twin size.  Natural pine furniture compliments the room's calming earth tone colors. Framed antique Audubon prints enhance the inviting décor. 

Imagine yourself waking to the morning sun as it peeks in your east-facing windows. Watch the deer from your window as they cautiously sneak out to the prairie from the adjacent woodland.

Open the windows to enjoy the fresh country air or use the wall-mounted thermostat to adjust the heat or central air conditioning to meet your personal comfort level. The room has cable TV and free WiFi.

The unattached coral bathroom is for guests in the Penney Room. Located directly across the short hall it offers both a separate shower stall and a unique standard size whirlpool bathtub with a door. Bathrobes are provided for your comfort.

Sara Room

The peaceful pale lavender Sara Room, spacious yet cozy, has direct access to a screened porch – the perfect spot to linger over morning coffee, afternoon lemonade or an evening beverage.  Relax on a queen size bed.  Admire (but please don't touch) our fragile vintage hat collection. Curl up under a quilt on the love seat with a good book from our library.  Should you need extra sleeping space, the love seat folds out to a twin-size bed. The bedroom has cable TV and free WiFi.

West-facing windows provide a panoramic view as the sun sets over acres of native prairie.  At dusk you can see the lights that outline the graceful church steeple in the center of the village.  Open the windows to enjoy the fresh country air or use the wall-mounted thermostat to adjust the heat or central air-conditioning to meet your personal comfort level.

The unattached yellow bathroom, located just a few steps away - directly across the hall from your bedroom - is for guests in the Sara Room. This bathroom has a standard-size whirlpool bathtub with shower.  Bathrobes are provided for your convenience and comfort.
